6 things to include when you plan your diet

After the decision is made that you need to drop some pounds start planning your diet. Plan will help you to stay on the track and dieting will seem easier. Don't forget to include in your plan 6 points bellow:



1) Eat food you enjoy



Time after time, allow yourself to have a treat – something you like but you know that it's not allowed. It won't do any harm to your diet if you will eat "forbidden" products occasionally. Also it will make you happier and will give an extra willpower to continue.



2) Extend your meals maximally



Give some time off to your stomach by chewing your food properly. You will have a chance to enjoy the taste fully and extending your meal you'll get full faster and you will eat less eventually.



3) Mini meals are fantastic and good for you



Divide your meals into few smaller meals. Usually people have 3 heavy meals followed by snacking around. Have 5-6 smaller and healthier meals which will help you to feel full during the whole day. You won't have that temptation for snacks. Plan in your meals and make sure that you include all the necessary vitamins and nutrients in each of them.



4) Physical activity



Apart from making you fit, exercising will keep you mentally sharp as well. That will take your focus of the fact that you're dieting and you'll be able enjoy your diet plan even more. Also, being physically active you will burn extra calories what will give a huge weight loss benefit.



5) Eat your calories



That's right! Eat your calories, don't drink them. Stick to natural juices and a water. Sweet fizzy drinks and alcohol are rich in calories that's why keep away from them if possible.



6) Eat with your mind



After you are in dieting for a while, you gain experience and start to understand how many calories each product has. Cut down actual calories not just amount of the food. Also try to eat low density, light products which usually contain fewer calories.



Better spend some extra time on planning everything and then just go for it. It will pay off. Diets need planning as everything else.
